It is proposed to form a committee of experts strong enough to influence governments and economic policy-makers into a new way of dealing with the management and administration of the world's economies.
The need for such a study group is obvious and widely understood.
The agenda is my own based upon the work that I have done on this with committees of experts that are less well known but which have always endorsed my proposals.
The problem was that my committees were not funded, not sponsored, and were not recognised by governments or policy makers.
This time it has to be different.
